Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Goplustive product. By signing up for a workspace or by connecting a source, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the workspace you administer.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not sign up or connect a source. Workspaces already provisioned may be closed by written request through the connect form.

Goplustive is a company knowledge search product. It connects to sources you authorise, indexes their content, and answers queries from members of your workspace with citations back to the original content.

The product is provided on a subscription basis for the tier you have selected, with the capabilities and limits published on the Pricing page at the time of your subscription.

A workspace is administered by one or more workspace admins on your side. Admins configure connectors, roles, sensitive-source exclusions and audit access.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided during signup, and for keeping credentials for your workspace confidential. Actions taken through your workspace are attributed to it.

When you connect a source, you represent that you are authorised to do so and that the connector's scope has been reviewed with the appropriate stakeholders on your side.

You retain all rights in the content you connect. We do not claim ownership of your workspace content, and we do not use it to train shared or foundation models.

You are responsible for keeping sensitive-source exclusions up to date, and for reviewing which channels, folders or spaces are within a connector's scope.

You will not attempt to reverse engineer the product, probe for vulnerabilities outside a coordinated security assessment, or use the product to build a competing service.

You will not use the product to store or process material you are not permitted to handle under applicable law, including material subject to legal privilege that has not been placed in an excluded source.

You will not use the product for automated, high-volume querying that would materially degrade the service for other workspaces.

We aim for high availability and communicate material incidents to workspace admins. Specific uptime commitments and support response targets are set out in your order form or on the Pricing page at the tier you have subscribed to.

Fees are due for the subscription tier you select, at the frequency (monthly or annual) chosen during signup or on your Enterprise order form. Overages, if any, are set out at the time of subscription.

A free trial is offered on Starter and Growth. When the trial ends without conversion, the workspace is retained in read-only mode for 14 days and then decommissioned.

A workspace can be closed at any time by written request through the connect form. Suspension may occur if the terms are materially breached or if the workspace is used for activity that endangers the service or its users.

Upon termination, indexed content and query logs are decommissioned within 30 days.

The product is provided as described in these terms, on the Pricing page, and in any order form you have entered into. Except as expressly stated, the product is provided on an "as is" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Material changes to these terms are communicated to workspace admins with reasonable notice. Continued use of the product after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes not resolved through direct discussion are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
