Built because the same answer was being typed out from memory in five different Slack threads.
A short story about why this product exists, and the three principles we hold to when we build it.
Goplustive started with a specific frustration: watching the same answer get typed out from memory in five different Slack threads in one week - because no one could find where it was already written down. The answer existed. It had been sent, saved and forgotten - across a wiki page, a CRM note, a doc in Drive, and an email thread nobody had permission to search across.
A perfect wiki was never going to happen. Teams do not write knowledge in one place; they leave it where the conversation happened. What was missing was a way to ask one question and have that question travel every place knowledge might be sitting - conversational tools as much as static documents - and come back with a real answer, cited to its origin.
That is what Goplustive is. Not a new place to put knowledge. A route through the places you already keep it - with the receipts to prove where every answer came from.
Refunds over ₹10,000 require manager sign-off and are processed within 5 business days. 12
Three lines we do not bend on.
Every answer traceable to where it came from
If we cannot cite it, we do not answer with confidence. Numbered citations are not decoration - they are the answer's working paper.
Conflicts shown, not silently resolved
When two sources disagree, we surface both and let the team decide. Silently picking a winner is how bad decisions get made.
Connect what is already in use - migrate nothing
The best knowledge base is the one your team already writes into. We read, we do not relocate.
Take the product for a run.
Ask a sample question, watch the route, and see the citations. That is what the product does.
